Objectives
This course is designed to introduce you to QuickBooks. You will learn how to set up a data file for your company, with the relevant accounts, tax codes, card files and opening balances.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to:
- Navigate within QuickBooks
- Create a New Data file for your business
- Work with the Accounts list (Chart of Accounts)
- Set Up Customer and Supplier Records
- Creating Items Setup Opening Balances for Items, Sales & Purchases
- Perform an Initial Bank Reconciliation
- Backing up and Restoring
