Declaration:By completing the form below and submitting my payment, I do hereby apply for accreditation by The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers as a qualified member in practice and for the award of the Institute’s Practising Certificate.I agree to abide by the Rules of Professional Code of Conduct of the Institute, as they exist or as they may, from time to time, be amended.I understand that my Practising Certificate becomes null and void if my membership and/or Professional Indemnity insurance are not fully paid up and current.
